Gregory T. Rinn was born in Norfolk, Virginia. He was admitted to the Bar of California in 1992 and the Bars of New York, Massachusetts, and Colorado in 1993, to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California in 1993 and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1994. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Economic and Public Policy) from Duke University in 1987 and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. Christine P. Poon was born in Hong Kong, China.
