Gregory T. Rinn

Gregory T. Rinn was born in Norfolk, Virginia.  He was admitted to the Bar of California in 1992 and the Bars of New York, Massachusetts, and Colorado in 1993, to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California in 1993 and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1994.  He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Economic and Public Policy) from Duke University in 1987 and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992.  He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of New York, and the Nassau County Bar Association.  Mr. Rinn’s primary areas of practice are commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, tax credits, general real estate, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant litigation, foreclosures, estate and tax planning and loan closings.

Christine P. Poon

Christine P. Poon was born in Hong Kong, China.  She was admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and New Jersey in 1994, to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey in 1994.  She was awarded a Bachelor of Science (Accounting and Finance) from New York University in 1989 and a Juris Doctor Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1993.  While at St. John’s School of Law, Ms. Poon was a staff member of the New York International Law Review.  Ms. Poon is a member of the New York State and Asian American Bar Associations.  Ms. Poon’s major areas of practice are general real estate, loan closings, lending, foreclosures, bankruptcy matters and corporate acquisitions.  Ms. Poon is fluent in Chinese.

Ronald T. Cheung

Ronald T. Cheung was admitted to the Bars of Colorado in 1993 and New York & Connecticut in 1997, to the United States District Court of Colorado in 1994, United States District Court for the Eastern & Southern District of New York in 1999. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree (Accounting) from University of Connecticut in 1989 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Quinnipiac Law School in 1993. Mr. Cheung is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County, Colorado. Mr. Cheung’s major areas of practice are real estate transactions, bank loan closing and civil litigation involving commercial and landlord tenant matters. Mr. Cheung is fluent in Chinese.
